Project management mentoring and coaching

Our ambition is straightforward. We help business leaders achieve their goals and projects.

The preliminary phase of each engagement is critical  for us to enhance a deep understanding of your objectives and business issues. We take time to ask the tough questions and to understand the root causes of the issues at hand. We believe this step is essential to providing independent, actionable and enforceable guidance.

Ours is a bespoke approach. No one engagement is like another.  We sometimes find it difficult to list our deals under "standard" service definitions. Each project has its own specific context, blueprint and milestones. And on each step along the way, we will work together under your supervision. 
 
That said, we can sketch out two major areas of intervention. The first one is mentoring and coaching, to help you navigate your complex agenda. The second is to support you in the delivery of a complex and time-consuming project.

All your assignments are subject to engagement letters defining the scope of work and the commitments and responsibilities of the parties.

Coaching and mentoring 

Food Industry - France

Supporting a General Director in the context of the significant growh of his company. This support and mentoring was performed in the following areas: 

-Preparation of the strategic vision and related actions plans. 

Management of  key stakeholders: investors, banks, key suppliers and employees. 

-Funding and treasury management.

Strategic plan alignement 

Consulting Services - France 

Assisting a local consulting firm with the alignment of its internal processes with its strategic plan: 

-We helped define key financial and non-financial performance indicators, as well as map out specific manager roles.

-We re-designed evaluation and remuneration processes, and prepared the Executive Committee 3-year balance scorecard and action plan.

Management support through a corporate crisis

Facility management - France 

Advising a listed company in the context of attempted takeovers and activist fund operations: 
-Direct support to the CEO in building a coordinated response to key stakeholders, including to financial markets.
-Assistance with debt restructuring and fundraising negotiations with creditors.

Digitalisation and automatisation of internal control 

Energy - France

Helping a client improve the efficiency and the quality of its internal control system.  

We conducted a comprehensive risk analysis, all while operating across the board, including on matters pertaining to governance, responsibilities (RACI), automated controls and reporting digitalization.

Preparing the carve out of a business segment

Energy - France and USA

Direct assistance to the  CFO in the context of the selling process of one of its main subsidiaires. 

-Detailed planning preparation, identification of key internal and external contributors  and definiton of critical milestones. 

-Poject management under CFO supervision including Dashboard design, planning and management of key meetings, review of deliverables.

-Selection and monitoring of external providers (lawyers, accountants, banks....)

-Preparation of Internal Communications and of key deliverables to the governance.

Embarking teams over a shared ambition

Consulting services - Belgium

Advising our client in rallying employees’ support for a 5-year management-initiated strategic plan:
-First and foremost, we assisted management with storytelling, we believe a good story goes a long way. We made sure it served the immediate purpose of communicating effectively the management’s big picture. 
-A compelling story is also one that is owned by all: we held and facilitated participatory engagement workshops and road-shows with middle management, involving them in the construction and prioritization processes of the strategic plan
